Leave No One Behind

Leave No One Behind is a message to Business, Employees, the Industry Sector and all New Zealanders. We all know we face a skills shortage problem in this country.  We need workers with more skill for economic growth.  The Hui Taumata Trust has brought together Māori, business, and unions through a collaborative approach to develop strategies and programmes that tap into the creative potential of Māori workers, enabling them to lift their skills and  receive the benefits from Māori economic development.  We want to see that everyone has enough skills to make this magnificent country of ours grow.

The Waka Effect
We are all on a journey to somewhere right now but sometimes we are not always conscious of the journey.  The workforce development programmes seek to give participants time to reflect upon and come to an experience of the deeper resources within so that we can understand our journey and what we need to support where we want to go.  Through matauranga Māori concepts of the Waka and Whare we journey in this training to explore ones creative potential and how to use it to your advantage.
