This training session will improve your ability to build significant mentoring relationships and increase your confidence and competence in the role.

√       Avoid the 8 most common pitfalls in mentoring

√      Run a powerful mentoring session

√       Use the Mentor’s Toolbox – tools for navigating the learning journey

√     Keep things on track and focused on the mentee’s goals

 

 

Mentee Training - Making the Most of Mentoring

 

This training session will help you to identify what you want from your mentoring sessions and assist you to make the most of this opportunity

√ Participate effectively in one to one mentoring sessions

√ State clearly your desired outcomes from the mentoring process
